A production virtual mailbox SaaS platform built with Next.js and NestJS.
I focused on the money side of the product: payment and subscription systems, custom billing and invoicing, automated payment collection, commission calculation, provider invoicing and payout workflows — the pieces that have to be right every time.
Alongside engineering I handled SaaS project management, keeping scope, priorities and delivery aligned with the business.
